2. Services Description

Old Forrest Consulting LLC provides technical consulting services, including but not limited to:

• AI integration and development consulting
• Software architecture review and optimization
• Project rescue and completion services
• Fractional CTO services
• Code review and technical audits
• Infrastructure and deployment consulting

Actual consulting services are provided under separate agreements, including our Master Service Agreement and Statement of Work documents.

3. Use License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Site for your personal and business purposes related to evaluating or engaging our services.

This license does not include:

• The right to resell or commercial use of the Site or its contents
• Any collection and use of product listings, descriptions, or prices
• Any derivative use of this Site or its contents
• Downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of a third party
• Use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or any systems or networks connected to the Site
• Use the Site to transmit any viruses, worms, or other malicious code

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake City, Utah, and the parties hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

Additional Provisions

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Old Forrest Consulting LLC regarding use of the Site and supersede any prior agreements.

Waiver
